Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure policy-compliant operations.
• Manage phone calls and ensure orders and transfers are processed timely.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, refunds and payment processing.
• Handle opening/closing duties, security, and end-of-day procedures.
