Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, auto parts knowledge a plus.
• ASE Certification helpful; multilingual ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy adherence for calls and orders.
• Manage shift coverage, store opening/closing, and security procedures.
• Process returns, exchanges, invoices, and special orders per procedure.
