O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management in the absence of managers, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes leading staff to deliver outstanding customer service for retail and professional customers, overseeing service programs, and handling stock, transfers, and special orders while maintaining store

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules and proper clock-in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
