Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management in the absence of store leadership, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required and RSS Certification must be obtainable.
• Retail sales experience preferred in auto parts environment.
• Audi automotive systems/repair knowledge is a plus; ASE certification beneficial.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, etc.).
• Ensure telephone inquiries are answered according to policy and orders are processed timely.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and process purchases correctly.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, money handling, deposits, and security checks.
