Candidates with bilingual skills and a willingness to obtain RSS certification are encouraged. Experience in auto parts retail, automotive systems knowledge, and ASE certification are assets; fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Spanish language ability is highly desirable.
• Retail sales experience preferred, especially in auto parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute related programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders; inform customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed promptly; refunds issued correctly.
• Invoice merchandise before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages; delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor schedules; ensure clock-ins/outs per policy; support opening/closing duties.
• Perform day-end procedures, secure deposits, and ensure security measures are in place.
• All other duties as assigned.
