O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management in the absence of leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and the team emphasizes strong customer service and efficient operations. The position requires RSS and ASE certifications, automotive knowledge, and retail sales experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and related programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders and transfers promptly.
• Handle returns and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and follow posted schedules.
• Perform opening/closing duties and banking procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
