Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems knowledge.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure adherence to customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders and transfers in a timely manner and notify customers of shipments.
