Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership.

Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; bilingual skills (Spanish) are highly valued and an RSS Certification is required or obtainable. This position offers opportunities for growth within the store network.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Handle phone calls according to policy and manage store operations during shifts when managers are absent.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly; notify customers on shipments.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds with proper payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate strategic messages to the team.
