Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure proper execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy and orders are processed promptly.
• Manage buy online/ship to store, hub/store transfers, and DC add orders with timely communications.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, and security checks as required.
