Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive systems knowledge; ASE certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom, ensuring team executes on service programs.
• Answer phones per policy and manage online/ship-to-store orders and transfers.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced, zipline messages communicated, and merchandising tasks completed.
• Monitor schedules, clock-ins/outs, and perform opening/closing duties and bank deposits.
