Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Manage showroom service levels and program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Answer telephone per policy.
• Process BOPIS, ship-to-store, transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns/exchanges and issue refunds accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Monitor schedules and ensure proper clock-in/out.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
