Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, including day-end procedures and cash handling per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, invoicing, and stock handling are accurate and efficient.
