Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of Store leadership and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Desirable candidates include those with auto parts retail experience, fluency in multiple languages, and relevant ASE certifications. The position offers competitive wages and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• ASE Certification desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and ensure proper refunds and staging of merchandise.
