Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in absence of managers and encourages bilingual candidates.

Strong communication, RSS certification, and automotive knowledge are valued. Experience in auto parts retail is preferred, along with ASE certification and fluency in additional languages (Spanish highly desired).

Qualifications

• Required: Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Required: Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desire: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Desire: Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Desire: ASE Certification.
• Desire: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Assist with shift management in absence of Store Manager or Asst. Manager.
• Oversee phone etiquette, order processing, and returns with accurate refunds.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced and security procedures followed.
