O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role may assume shift management in absence of managers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position emphasizes strong communication, leadership in a retail auto-parts setting, and the ability to handle in-store operations, customer interactions, and various service programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is a plus.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is preferred.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and manage returns area.
• Invoicing merchandise before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff follow posted work schedules and clock in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures, money handling and security checks.
