Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; this role may assume shift management when needed.

Responsibilities include leading the showroom, processing online orders and transfers, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring proper cash handling and security procedures. Opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge; ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee store operations, opening/closing duties and money handling per policy.
• Ensure order processing, transfers, and shipments are completed promptly.
• Coordinate with management; enforce schedules and clocking in/out per policy.
