Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, store appearance, and operations. The role may take on shift leadership in their absence and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include supervising the customer service levels, processing buy online/ship to store orders, handling returns, and ensuring proper invoicing and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee phone and in-store service, processing orders and transfers per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure money and store, clock in/out per policy.
