Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge advantageous.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and motivate team to execute programs.
• Ensure phone inquiries follow company policy and respond promptly.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and store-to-store orders timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage returns smoothly.
• Oversee day-end procedures, cash handling, deposits, and security checks.
• Perform opening/closing duties and manage schedule adherence.
