Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in absence of store leadership. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Essential duties include leading a store team, managing service programs, handling orders and returns, and ensuring proper invoicing and security procedures. Opportunities for growth and cross-training are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently; issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store; communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
