O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred in auto parts.
• ASE Certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom.
• Answer phones according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds accurately.
• Invoice all merchandise before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and assign merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to work schedule and proper clock-in/out.
