Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in absence of leadership and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include supervising showroom service, processing orders, handling returns, and ensuring proper invoicing and daily procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure team execution on service programs.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure and ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently; issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages.
• Assign and delegate merchandising tasks; monitor work schedules and clock-ins/outs.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
