Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team executes on service programs.
• Manage phone communications per policy and ensure timely processing of orders and transfers.
• Oversee day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks when in charge.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and ensure compliance with company procedures.
