O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role may assume shift management responsibilities when leadership is absent.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged; RSS/ASE certifications and automotive knowledge are valued. The company offers competitive wages and benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Retail auto-parts experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Oversee phone procedures and ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store and transfer orders.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and security procedures.
