O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in managers’ absence and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Responsibilities include leading customer service, overseeing showroom service programs, processing orders and returns, invoicing merchandise, and performing opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge
• ASE Certification desired
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team executes customer service programs
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently
• Process returns and exchanges promptly and accurately
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clocking in/out
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures
• Assist with banking deposits and securing money as needed
• All other duties as assigned
