Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of managers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, managing showroom service levels, handling orders and transfers, processing returns, and ensuring invoicing accuracy before product leaves the store.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and execute on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
