Job summary

Wingstop in Pell City, AL is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve sales, cost, employee retention, guest service and cleanliness targets.

The ideal candidate will hire, train and develop team members, create staff schedules, monitor performance, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive continued growth of the Wingstop brand through teamwork and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervision experience in food service, retail or restaurant.
• Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss and overall financial performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to recruit and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop team members that share the Wingstop mission.
• Create staff schedules to ensure proper staffing levels and manage payroll costs.
• Audit operations and control cash, inventory and costs; meet targets set by leadership.
• Maintain restaurant safety, cleanliness and sanitation; oversee onboarding and training.
• Lead and motivate a diverse crew to deliver guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Communicate with District Manager and Restaurant Support Center as needed.
