Job summary

NORCROSS GROUP is seeking an Assistant Manager for Wingstop in Irondale, AL to support store leadership and drive sales, service quality, and operational excellence.

You will oversee planning, training, scheduling, and performance management, ensuring food safety, guest satisfaction, and cost control while developing a high-performing team.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus, and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2+ years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of restaurant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training, and leadership to achieve objectives in sales, cost, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Hire, train and develop team members aligned with Wingstop mission.
• Create staff schedules to ensure proper staffing and optimize labor costs.
• Audit operations and manage budget, cost trends, and financial performance; drive sales and profit growth.
• Maintain restaurant safety and cleanliness; communicate maintenance needs to Facilities.
• Coach and develop team members using company tools and Restaurant Support Center resources.
