Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2+ years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training, and leadership to achieve objectives in sales, costs, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Maintain operations and drive results through people development, sales and profit growth.
• Hire, train and develop team members aligned with Wingstop’s mission.
• Set staffing plans and schedules to ensure proper coverage and payroll efficiency.
• Audit operations, manage budgets, and control cash, product and equipment costs.
