Job summary

You will hire, train and develop a diverse team, manage schedules, control costs, and ensure safe operations. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is a big plus; 40-hour weeks with varied shifts are typical.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service/retail/restaurant.
• Ability to analyze profit and loss and overall financial performance.
• Strong recruiting, hiring and team development capabilities.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training and leadership to achieve sales, cost, retention, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Hire, train and develop team members aligned with Wingstop mission.
• Create staffing schedules considering sales, payroll and overtime costs.
• Maintain safe restaurant environment and ensure onboarding is properly executed.
• Audit operations, manage budgets and drive labor and food cost controls.
• Coach and develop staff using company tools and Center support for high performance.
