Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; Spanish/English is a big plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant.
• Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance.
• Demonstrated ability in recruiting and selecting team members.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative and assertiveness; strong leadership and ability to manage a diverse crew.
• Able to work 40 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve sales, cost, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Hire, train and develop team members that share the Wingstop mission.
• Create team member schedules to align staffing with sales and payroll costs.
• Audit operations, manage budgets, and drive labor and food cost controls.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff to ensure a high performing restaurant team.
