Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role serving nationwide clients. The position combines hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, rewarding performance and results.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional service while collaborating with internal teams. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, with a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Interlock products, programs, and services to inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide accurate product information and address inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold our reputation.
