Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide.

The role focuses on bilingual English/Spanish communication, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while upholding industry reputation. This fully remote position offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required and eligible for additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or call centers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask with urgency.
• Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced environments.
• Courteous, confident, and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
