Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote, nationwide role. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and provide exceptional service to clients across the country.

This position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives, a comprehensive health plan, a 401(k) with company match, and other benefits. Strong bilingual English/Spanish communication is required, with a high school diploma and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required; eligible for extra compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers with a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Maintain CRM records, track communications, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations and stay informed on market trends.
