Job summary

Customer Contact Services (CCS) is seeking bilingual Spanish/English professionals for a remote work-from-home role supporting our automotive CTI division nationwide. You will handle inbound calls, assist with appointments, and document customer interactions to improve engagement and operational efficiency.

As a bilingual agent, you will provide accurate information, follow scripts, and maintain knowledge of evolving services while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• G.E.D. or higher education level.
• One year of call center or customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in English and Spanish.
• Identify caller's needs for call resolution.
• Provide customers with product information and automotive services.
• Set service appointments for automotive dealerships.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving services.
• Adhere to company scripts and procedures to ensure consistency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all callers.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Ongoing training for CCS client programs and accounts.
