Teleperformance USA is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Customer Specialist to serve as a primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and efficiency using web-based tools to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience. This remote role supports customers across the United States in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of customer service experience, be 18+, and comfortable with Windows platforms.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Typing speed of 25 wpm.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Ability to use Windows operating systems.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to stay composed and objective.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve inquiries.
• Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues.
• Escalate interactions when necessary.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting.
• Provide feedback on call issues.
• Meet sales objectives as defined.
