Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues; de-escalate when needed.
• Escalate interactions when appropriate and process payments as required.
• Track call information for auditing and reporting.
• Provide feedback on call issues and assist in achieving sales objectives.
