CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), a AAA insurer, seeks an Associate Auto Claims Advisor for remote work across Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones. You will handle non-injury auto claims, verify coverages, and communicate clearly with members.

Training is paid and runs six weeks, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Time, starting 12/07/2026. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; remote work with potential shifts evenings or weekends may apply.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of experience in a customer facing virtual environment leveraging internet, phone and chat features.
• Capability to train and perform the job in a remote setting and meet work from home requirements.
• May require Adjusters license as required by state.

Aufgaben

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Handle a diary system to systematically review and resolve claims within the specified state compliance guidelines.
• Manage an inventory of claims.
• Opens claims and acquires required information and loss details from the insured, claimant and other involved parties.
• Explains policy, coverage and appropriate course of action.
• Documents claim files and communicates with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Arranges and pays for repair, rental, towing, and negotiates storage.
• Applies knowledge of estimating standards for varying complexity.
• Paid 6-week virtual training with classroom and hands-on components.
• Training is Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time.
• Training starts on 12/07/2026.
