Qualifications

• High School diploma or two years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly center meetings to collect and follow-up with loan repayments and program updates.
• Build strong relationships with members to support retention and business growth.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct in-person home verifications and business visits to verify borrower information.
• Travel locally to branches to conduct outreach and information sessions.
• Monitor loan activity for compliance and repayment schedules.
