The position reports to the Branch Manager and requires frequent local travel for outreach. The role emphasizes relationship-building, financial activity monitoring, and adherence to loan criteria and processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, or two years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly center meetings to collect loan repayments and provide program updates.
• Build strong relationships with members to support retention and growth.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally, assist with problem solving and engagement.
• Conduct in-person home verification and business visits to verify borrower information.
• Uphold high standards of service, quality, and productivity.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
