Job summary

Grameen America in the United States is seeking a Relationship Associate to support member recruitment, outreach, and loan follow-up at the branch.

This entry-level role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn. On-site presence is required three to five days a week based on branch needs.

You will conduct outreach, meet with entrepreneurs in the community, and help maintain high standards of service and program growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly center meetings to collect loan repayments and share program updates.
• Build positive relationships to support member retention and growth.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct in-person home verifications and business visits to verify borrower information.
• Uphold high standards of service, quality, and productivity.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
