Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or two years of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and strong customer service skills essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly center meetings to collect loan repayments and provide program updates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members to support retention and growth.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform in-person home verifications and on-site business visits for borrower information.
