Job summary

Grameen America is seeking a Recruitment Associate to support branch-level outreach, member recruitment, and daily customer service touchpoints. The role focuses on engaging local entrepreneurs, providing information sessions, and building relationships to grow the program within the community.

The position requires a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel locally. Reports to the Branch Manager and involves on-site work at the branch location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or two years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach through various channels within the branch with regular local travel.
• Grow the program by recruiting new members to achieve designated growth targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission and priorities.
