Grameen America, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Associate in Miami, FL to provide exceptional customer service and manage outreach within the community.

The role involves on-site work at the branch and in neighborhoods served, with a focus on building member relationships, verifying borrower information, and supporting loan repayments. The successful candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), have strong communication skills, and be able to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly center meetings for loan repayments, program updates and discussions.
• Build strong relationships to support retention and growth.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct in-person home verifications and borrower visits.
• Uphold high standards of service, quality, and productivity.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Lead outreach through local channels and regular travel.
• Grow the program by recruiting new members to meet targets.
• Monitor loan activity and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
