Grameen America is hiring an entry-level Relationship Associate to support member recruitment and outreach in our Austin branches. You will conduct weekly center meetings, assist with loan repayments, and provide exceptional customer service while traveling locally to engage communities.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This role requires on-site presence as part of a collaborative team dedicated to empowering low-income

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or two years of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly center meetings to collect loan repayments and share program updates.
• Build strong relationships with members to support retention and growth.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct in-person home verification and business visits to verify borrower information.
• Uphold high standards of service, quality, and productivity.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform outreach to recruit new members and achieve growth targets.
• Monitor loan activity for compliance with criteria and schedules.
• Reconcile and input payment data into internal systems accurately.
