Floor & Decor is seeking a Training Product Sales Specialist to help improve our customers’ shopping experience by delivering exceptional service and accurate product information. You will help train and develop product sales specialists, ensuring they provide top-tier support in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site role emphasizes customer engagement, product knowledge, and the ability to present features and benefits while guiding customers through purchases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure top customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at check-out using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price tags.
