Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service/sales experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop product sales specialists to ensure attentive customer service
• Complete product specialist certification courses
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, and department organization
• Communicate SOP directions and changes to associates promptly
• Assist customers with product questions and selections
• Process checkout and refunds per guidelines
• Present how-to classes to customers
• Ensure forklift certification requirements are met
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and manage inventory needs
• Greet customers and provide product information
