Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee department merchandising, pricing and organization
• Provide product knowledge and certification training
• Greet customers, answer product questions and assist selections
• Process sales at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges
• Communicate SOP directions to associates in a timely manner
