Floor & Decor is seeking a Customer Service focused Product Sales Specialist trainer responsible for developing staff and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. This role emphasizes product knowledge, certification completion, and assisting customers with questions and purchases.

We value bilingual communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment, with duties including checkout processing and customer education on merchandise and installation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and product information to customers.
• Direct and train product sales specialists to deliver attentive service.
• Complete product specialist certifications and stay informed on merchandise and installation.
• Assist customers with product questions, selections, and purchases at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines; present how-to classes to customers.
