Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices and procedures.

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure department merchandising, pricing and organization are maintained.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Support showroom floor and checkout processes per SOPs.
