Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with Floor & Decor’s core values.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs in operations.
• Drive the basic P’s of retail: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing.
• Direct and assist product sales specialists to ensure attentive customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Explain merchandise and installation details to customers.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout and handle returns per guidelines.
